SafeGroundParking provides truck parking assistance services that help drivers locate potential truck parking locations such as:
Truck stops

Rest areas

Private parking lots

Commercial parking locations

Other publicly or privately operated parking areas

SafeGroundParking acts only as an information and concierge assistance service.We do not own, operate, manage, control, or guarantee access to any parking location.All parking locations are third-party facilities.SafeGroundParking does not reserve parking spaces and does not guarantee parking availability.Drivers remain solely responsible for choosing where to park and complying with all local laws and regulations.

3. No Guarantee of Parking
SafeGroundParking does not guarantee that parking will be available at any suggested location.
Parking availability may change at any time due to:
capacity limits

closures

private restrictions

law enforcement actions

weather conditions

operational changes

Any information provided by SafeGroundParking is informational only.Drivers are responsible for verifying parking availability upon arrival.

4. Independent Driver Responsibility
Drivers using the Service are independent operators responsible for their own decisions.
By using the Service, you agree that:
You are solely responsible for where you park

You are responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations

You are responsible for vehicle safety and cargo security

You are responsible for verifying that parking is permitted

SafeGroundParking does not control driver behavior or vehicle operation.

5. Third-Party Locations
All parking locations identified by SafeGroundParking are third-party properties.
SafeGroundParking:

does not own these locations

does not control these locations

does not guarantee their safety

does not guarantee their availability

does not guarantee that parking is permitted

Drivers assume all risks associated with parking at third-party locations.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OKRFI Inc., SafeGroundParking, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.
This includes but is not limited to:
vehicle damage

cargo theft

personal injury

loss of income

fines or citations

towing

property damage

delays

business interruption

Under no circumstances shall SafeGroundParking be liable for:
direct damages

indirect damages

incidental damages

consequential damages

punitive damages

Even if SafeGroundParking has been advised of the possibility of such damages.Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

7. Maximum Liability Cap
If SafeGroundParking is found liable for any claim, the maximum total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the Service during the previous thirty (30) days.

8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OKRFI Inc. and SafeGroundParking from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
your use of the Service

your parking decisions

your vehicle operations

your violation of laws or regulations

your interactions with third-party locations

This includes attorney fees and legal costs.

9. Subscription Services
SafeGroundParking may offer subscription services including concierge memberships.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law

Services may be modified or discontinued at any time

Membership does not guarantee parking availability

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

10. Service Availability
SafeGroundParking does not guarantee that the Service will always be available.The Service may be interrupted due to:
system outages

phone service issues

staffing availability

operational limitations

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

11. No Professional Advice
Information provided by SafeGroundParking should not be considered:
legal advice

transportation compliance advice

regulatory guidance

Drivers must ensure compliance with:
Hours of Service regulations

parking regulations

state and local laws

12. Communications
By using the Service, you consent to communications from SafeGroundParking including:
phone calls

SMS messages

service notifications

account notices

Standard carrier charges may apply.

13. Prohibited Use

misuse the Service

provide false information

harass staff

use the Service for illegal purposes
